Due to the print on demand and custom nature of all items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

Please email us with any questions regarding sizing etc BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. 

If you receive an item that is damaged from shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we may rectify the situation.

*Important: Any packages determined as 'lost' by Canada Post are only subject to a refund up to $100 (including shipping costs).
