Shipping policy

We offer free in-store pick up at our Carleton Place location.  Please select this option at your checkout.

Our shipping rate is a flat fee rate of $15 for all standard weight and sized orders shipped within Canada and FREE for orders over $100.00 within Canada. We will use Regular Parcel - 7 Business Days by Canada Post 

An additional fee may be applied to overweight orders (items like glass & ceramics by case in excess of 10 lbs). You will be notified of this prior to shipment.

Once your order has been processed, we will arrange shipment within 2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

You will be notified by email with your order confirmation and tracking information.

Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and peak times such as holiday season.

You may cancel an order at any time PRIOR to processing at our store by calling 1-613-621.5366 during regular business hours. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policy for easy returns.
